How much to redo the interior of my car?

I have a silver 1999 honda accord. The interior is veige. I've been wanting to paint the outside black. But it wont match the interior. I have read that you could have the dash board and doors and stuff painted instead of replacing the parts. Is that true? How much would it cost to have the whole interior recolored? I know the seats would have to be replaced.
