Your thoughts on hondas (ricers)?

what is your opinion on hondas. And when i say hondas i mean tho hondas from 1990 Slammed to the ground with the wheels all side ways, full of stickers, and not to forget the ridiculously loud and pointless exhaust and the owners thinking they are the fast sh*t out there. Anyone?
