Help identify a small KEIHIN carburetor?

I bought a small Honda dirt bike with this carburetor on it. Turns out it is missing the needle. The bike itself is made from various parts (mostly Honda). There is a "custom" adapter be twine this carburetor and the engine leading me to believe it is not original to this bike.
What did it come off of? When was it made? Added (1). The only markings i can find are "CA95D" and "H1" or "HI". Front opening is a bought 28mm.

Acura Rsx Type S vs Honda Prelude Sh?

Okay so I ve been looking at getting a new car. I m 17 going on 18 and want to trade my car in to buy one for myself. I m looking at an Acura Rsx, possibly type S. Not sure, i ve noticed they re more expensive. Or, a Honda Prelude, Specifically an SH. I actually found a 1998 Honda Prelude SH for 4,999 with 77,000 miles on it. It doesn t have any real cosmetic flaws inside or out either, or mechanical I don t believe. Seems like a pretty good price to me. Although I don t know much about either car. In general pros and cons of each car? I want something fast but I m not necessarily going to be racing. I m trying to decide whether I want to get this car, or wait around and see if a better deal, or a good deal on an Acura Rsx comes around my area. Opinions? Any are welcome. Thanks.

Getting a title for non-running motorcycle?

I'm looking to buy a motorcycle I found, its a 1982 Honda CX500. It doesn't have a title, and currently isn't running. From what I understand, the carbs just need cleaned, as the bike does crank and has compression.

The current owner claims to have proof of purchase that can hopefully be used to get a replacement title. I am wondering though, will they still give him a clean title since the bike isn't currently running? And if not, what will it take for me to convert whatever title they give him into a clean title after I do my engine work? We're both located in Delaware.

Also, to anyone who is going to say its not worth it buying a bike without a title, the asking price is just too good to pass up.

Problems with 1993 Honda Accord Ex code 43?

I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinders and I have a check engine light that is 4 slow flashes and 3 fast ones leading to a code 43. It said to check the O2 sensor, the fuel filter, and the fuel pressure sensor so i did and changed them all and the car is still the same the car struggles to turn on and barely stays on without the losing pressure and turning off and i get alot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I decided to change the fuel pump thinking that was the problem but the car is still the same and still have the same check engine light. The car struggles to stay on or even turn on I cant even drive it out off the parking lot before i have to go back because it will turn off on me and i have to give it a lot of gas just to move a couple of feet and have a lot of white smoke come out whenever i try driving it. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Will a 2 exhaust header fit a 2.25 downpipe?

I drive a 2001 honda civic sedan model DX. D17A1 engine. I'm looking to get aftermarket headers and an exhaust system. The exhaust system I want has 2.25" piping, But I can't find any headers that match that piping diameter that will fit my model. I need help from someone with more experience to know if the downpipe and header need to have the same diameter piping or if the gaskets will fit despite different sizes. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What to do if my car is repossessed in the state of NC and they are not offering a reinstatement option?

Ok so here is the situation: I recently moved, started school and started a new job. I fell behind 2 car payments because of starting the new job and moving. I get paid bi-weekly and was planning on giving my entire paycheck I get this coming Friday to Honda Financial (the loan company) but they repoed my car this morning. I called and talked to the recovery dept & they said my ONLY option to get the car back was to pay the payoff amount of $23k, now no one has that kind of money just sitting around so I asked if I could just pay the repo fees, storage fees and the total past due amount in order to get my car back. They said that is not an option, that I pay the $23k or get the car financed with someone else. So my question is, what are my rights from here on out?

Should I talk to an attorney?

They said they aren't going to sell the car until the end of the month. And I don't want a repo on my credit because it would be really hard to get another car! Someone please help me out with the legal side. Is there ANYWAY I can get my car back, without paying $23k? And I'm sure no one is going to finance a car with me that is in repossession…

Both headlights stopped working at the same time?

I have a 97' Honda Civic. Driving down the highway both low beam headlights went out. The following day both high beams went out at the same time. All other lights work fine. Fuses are fine and the bulbs are relatively new so I don't think they burned out. I was having alternator problems at the time so I replaced it but still no lights. Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

Which air filter makes more sound?

I've honda stunner. And installed conical air filter, it is 2-3 inches long than K&N RC-1060. Do small filters make more sound or my one makes more sound? And one more thing… I've removed air filter box. What to do with pipes which were attached to it for some air intake or i don't know what those pipes are for.

The car looks amazing from all angles, but when my eyes point through its tires, I get little disappointed. Car turns over but won't start unless car is still semi warmed up from previous start?

I have a 96 Honda civic ex, today I spent 5 minutes trying to start the car, the engine was turning over, it wasn't turning over slowly. The starter is testing fine first off. Car starts fine if it's still warmed up from previous start, pumping the gas doesn't help. Today, for the first time it got to the point where I had to push start(pop the clutch) to start the car, and had to do it a second time today. So it does start by push starting. Where should I start? It's a d series engine. Dy16 or something like that

Car Makes Thump noise when in reverse?

So its been happening for a few months now. In the monring when I shift the car into reverse, it tends to make a noticeable thump noise or bang noise then a delay and finally jolts into reserve. My friend said its just because the cars cold and old but want to get a second opinion. The car is a Honda GSI 1994 Auto. When it starts up the revs are pretty high, it stays around 2,000rm for 5 mins then it drops down 1k and I normally dont get that thump jolt crap. Just wondering what i can do to fix, prevent or treat this.

I sold my 93 Honda on Thursday to a young girl and her boyfriend who just reached out to me informing me it broke down. I sold it "as is" and they were aware of the 2 cosmetic issues I disclosed. 2004 Honda accord radio not working well?

I recently got a used 2004 Honda accord EX, and everything is working fine but the radio. What is odd to me is that some stations work, and some don t. For instance, 106.1 sounds perfectly clear, but 101.9 doesn t work at all.

The sound that comes from non functioning stations is a loud fuzzy noise. It s as if the station is overrun with static, and is very annoying. I ve looked all over the Internet but haven t found anyone with the same problem.

2000 Honda Accord burning a lot of oil on the highway but not in town?

I have about 212k miles on it. It runs great. I did have some problems with the VTEC oil sensor but I think it was due to low oil to begin with.
The thing is, driving around town for the last 2-3 months, about 200 miles worth, no oil consumption hardly at all. But once I hop on the highway and go 70 miles its almost a quart and a half low? I don't see any smoke and there doesn't appear to be a leak. A little leakage around distributor but not a quarts worth I don't think.

My real question would be whether the VTEC sensor being stuck is actually causing it to burn more on the highway or something like that? Any input would be appreciated!

What are my options (or any advice you can offer) when a mechanic has negligently repaired something?

Basically, our cars motor was running fine, but the transmission was shot. We took it in to get rebuilt, and have had some shady stuff going on with the mechanic.

After lying to us (and admitting to it afterwards) about a broken part, we found that the car will now barely stay running. It is much worse than when we brought it in, and the part that they broke which they are now repairing (which they are saying is causing the problem) should not be causing the car to do what its doing, based on my previous experience with that part on another car.

He is repairing that part, but I would like to know what my options are if its still running badly afterwards and he tries screwing me over. Ive contacted the tire place that did a simple inspection on it a few months back and they are going to try to put something together as proof of the cars prior condition, but im not sure if that'll be enough. What are my options? Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
Added (1). Now he is saying that they found something else wrong with some kind of converter and thats what is causing the issue. He is vehemently denying that his shop did it, although my car was running smoothly before he touched it. He is now offering to replace that part, but I htink he expects us to pay for it. I've got my state inspection record and inspection from firestone as well all done within the last 3 months. Maybe that will help… I'm feeling completely powerless right now.
Added (2). Oh and the part that they originally broke, which they said was causing the issue before this new thing, was the throttle body hose. BTW they also broke the snaps that held our air filter box and used sheetrock screws to screw it into the plastic.

Is it better to move a car across country or sell it and buy a used car there?

I have a '99 Honda Accord and live in California. I go to school in Indiana. For the past year and a half I have been without a means of transportation because I leave my car at my parents house. My biggest concerns with bringing it to college are that the paint is pretty old (original paint for the most part, still very nice coat) and that the battery, tires, etc are not good in snow. It only snows about 5 inches tops the entire winter it seems. The pros are that it is very reliable, up to date with maintenance, and completely paid for.

The other argument is that I sell it to my parents and sibling for his car and buy myself another out there. The drawback is that I am gambling with reliability, I can only afford up to a $4000 car, and I would likely have to move it back to Cali later in the year and back again in the fall

i live in canada, i want to save up for a used car however if i do get a car i want to get a small car, similar to a mini cooper and i say similar because mini coopers themselves are so expensive and i cant afford that, also people have told me even if you get a used one they are still expensive to repair. My 1991 Honda Accord 214xxx miles Has Always Had a Belt Sqeel Only On Startup and lasts Only 4 secs
But Recently since winter is coming its colder and the belt sqeels longer on startup as well as this new problem of when i accelerate it sqeels louder and i feel the car like not speeding up or no acceleration with it sqeeling like the belt is not grabbing and its not accelerating the car once the sqeeling stops i gain power again and can accelerate Normally

Maintenance light 97 civic?

Recently my gas gauge stopped working so I ordered a 2000 Honda crv gauge cluster because I thought it looked better. This was about 3 days ago. I didn't notice this before but when I turn my headlights on, the maintenance required light turns on as well.

The light was never on before I changed the gauges. I'm thinking it could just be the illumination from the gauges lighting up that part. The car is mechanically sound.

2001 Honda check engine light and scanner reads bad TPS, i replaced it still does the same car shifts 1st gear at 4000rpm. Fuel system cleaner took away the problem for a month but came back. So throttle body and sensors keep getting dirty. What is making it dirty?

Ways to fix broken speed odometer?!

2003 Honda Civic Si: thru research I found out it originally came with 15 inch rims, however I bought it with 16's on it. Also it has an 04 RSX tranny 6 speed. AND THE SPEEDOMETER DOES NOT WORK! I am getting juice to the adapter for the speed sensor, and bought a brand new sensor thinking that was the case. But nope. Still no speedometer?! Any ideas on other ways to trouble shoot the issue?! I drive a Honda Accord and I was almost smashed by a big 9 passenger company van that ran a stop sign. I know it was not my fault and I know it didn't happen, but I'm still very upset and I've cried a lot. I'm not sure why it's messing with me this much. I am about to start my period so that may be why I'm so emotional but I'm also shaking and I got very light headed and I just want to go to bed.
I was not injured because we didn't collide, she stopped the van about a foot away from the middle of my car.

I have a 2013 honda Fit I bought from a Honda Dealer about 8 months ago, in August we made a move to a different state and had issues with my lined up job sticking. So in September I had to defer a car payment. I got a job since then and have managed to make the payments,rent,bills etc. As for this month my daughter's SSI was reduced 500.00 because my pay dates for a previous month fell as 3 paychecks in one month (I didn't actually make extra money) so I called Honda and the lady on the phone said a manager would have to approve a 2nd one in 8 months. I have proof our finances will be back to normal next month and thereafter. IF IT IS NOT APPROVED, what happens when I can't make this car payment? (I can't borrow from family and I don't own anything worth pawning) I just don't want my car being repoed.

Like all go to work in the morning and all drive it for about 10mnt i get to work all turn it off and if i tried turning it on it wont star. I change the water pup because it was over heating on me then all this starded. I put new sparkplugs new wires new distributor cap rotor and new gas filter and still doing the same.

How to defog outside condensation on windshield do I turn the AC on AND the heater?

Every morning when I drive to school there's a lot of condensation on the outside. I know my ac can remove condensation on the INSIDE but wnot remove the fog from the OUTSIDE I tried to get rid off that by turning on the heater UT it just fogged up the inside.
my question is, is it okay for my car (1995 Honda civic Ex) to keep the AC on while the heater is to defog my windshield? Or will that ruin or hurt the AC or car?
I heard the AC dehumidifies the air so please help it's hard to driv.
BTW I live in San Francisco if that makes any difference.

L.E.D indicators motorbike not working?

I installed the back two and they work fine but when I put the front two on none of them flash. I put a resistor in the circut to trick it into thinking the loads were there but the front ones still wont work at all and the back two work normaly. Can anyone help? I'm running out of ideas.

TPMS light came on and is staying on after getting new tires?

A few nights ago I drove a couple blocks and realized that I had a flat tire. I put on the spare and took it to Les Schwab the next day, where I had all of my tires replaced. All was good and well, until that night my TPMS light came on (NOT the (!) light, it just reads TPMS). I'm wondering what the problem is, if anyone could give me an estimate on the time it would take to fix this, and whether I should take it to the dealership or back to Schwab to get the job done. Cost isn't as much of an issue as timeliness as I need to drive from Portland, OR to Salt Lake City, UT in a couple days, however the cheaper option would be nice as long as it is reliable. Theoretically, could I make it to Utah without substantial risk of problems assuming I let it be, possibly fixing it in SLC? Are there any temporary fixes that could put this whole ordeal on hold until I come back to Oregon if it were to take multiple days to repair? I drive a 2011 Honda Civic LX-S.

My car was stolen last night?

So my car was stolen last night, im so angry and idk what happened. I have a 1995 honda accord automatic. I went out last night to do some hw at starbucks and came back like at 9ish and parked my car in the driveway next to my dads van as i usually do. When i woke up it wasnt there anymore. Theres no broken glass or any debris on the driveway that could show that it was stolen by force. I did however found a long twig from a branch/tree but idk if the burglar used that to break in. I usually put the alarm but my key chain broke and was just manually locking it. I filed a police report in this morning but i feel hopeless in ever finding my car. Im scared that they already dismantled it and took parts from it. Ive had this car for almost 2 years now and never experienced this and i do live in the number city in auto theft (google it, its in california)

Ive been stressed with finals and now i cant even study for my last final tomorrow. I also want to get a second job but with no car i dont think that will happen soon.

IDK what to do? I know its my fault that i didnt protect well enough and i shouldve gotten at least a steering wheel lock.

Honda cg 125 clone copy won t start after top end rebuild?

Hi I renewed piston as it had crap compression and won t idle like if it wasn t having fuel. I took it apart and found that piston rings were past the limit and top one was seized to piston now after checking head for worp and putting back together with fresh gaskets. It wants to but won t start. I have tried everything I ve checked spark it keeps going orange and blue. Checked its having fuel and tried putting fuel down bore ( it seems to lock up enough to push fuel out of exhaust). And compression test with finger (tight pinch on finger and makes a sound of a loud rocket) … It s a push rod engine so timing can t be out as the timing can t be messed with unless you take off flywheel cover. 157FMI valves set to 5.0 inlet exhaust 8.0

My 00 Honda Civic cranks but won't start?

Last Sunday my 00 Honda Civic was running fine, it was low on gas I figured I'd get it Monday morning but when I came out to go to work it wouldn't start. I gave it a jump and it still would not turn on. I finally got it to start up a few days later and then again the next morning it wouldn't start. Yesterday I got it to start with no problem, filled up the tank, went a few places with no problem and now this morning it will not start again. It cranks but won't start and after a while of cranking the lights start to get dim and it sounds like it's stalling out. What could the problem be?

Is it a good thing to be saving up for a car when I'm 2 years away from driving?

I'm 14 years old and I've been having a mindset to get "all the good stuff" like an iPadbut I realize I can wait and that I should save up for a car since it's only a couple years away. I partly want to save up so I don't have to bus everywhere and have the comfort of my own vehicle. Also what type of ca should I save up for? I'm looking at Honda civic, Volkswagen beetle or golf, and my main car I want is MINI Cooper. I personally believe it is a smart idea to start saving since my parents aren't putting any money to it but I like having the independence of buying a car on my own. Should I buy a neck brace for dirt bike riding?

Alright so yes I am a girl who rides dirt bikes. I have a Honda CRF 100 and I already have a helmet and goggles. I will not be doing MX racing, but I will be riding on MX tracks with my brother and he is an amazing rider. The jumps are high but not like SX high, but they are kind of high. I have only had a few wrecks in the last few years but none of them were really bad. I also do a lot of trail riding. I know I am getting jersey and pants, a chest protector, MX boots, knee/shin guards, and elbow pads for Christmas. As far as how I am going to ride should I get a neck brace? Considering they are like $300 $400 dollars. Also should I get a kidney belt? There will be no problem with getting that because they are not bad prices. Thanks. :)

The drivers side window rolls up really slowly or gets suck?

I have a 05 honda civic ex. The window rolls down fine. But coming back up is really slow then when it hits a little more than half way it gains speed when closing. Once in a blue moon it gets stuck coming up maybe 7 inchs of the window is up. Only way i have fixed this was by just yanking it up with my hands and it starts working again. I have tried getting a spray bottle to lubricate in inside of the window (not wd40). But it did not work. Any ideas?

I m looking to buy a 335i- I currently drive a Honda Insight, if I wanted to trade in my Honda does anyone know what steps to take? I m assuming that I need to clean it and remove all of the exterior stickers. But should I remove the license plate once it s been appraised and I m ready to turn it in? Do I also need to bring the title with me?

I m also wondering once the car is purchased how does insurance work? Can I put my old plate on the new car? Does the dealership fax over the information so they can give me a temp insurance card before driving off the lot? Once I m home how do I go about getting legit insurance rather than a temp or do I wait for the cards and new stuff to come in?

I know it s a lot of questions, Im just wanting to know all of this before I walk in a dealership.

Also if I wanted to put new rims and tires on the BMW would I go through the dealership or some other company? Whenever I see rims on a BMW they always are BMW specific…

Best tranny for a 383? 94 chevy silverado 1500?

I've recently begun converting my chevy 350 to a 383. Only original parts being used are the block, oil pump, radiator, ect. I do want to do some performance mods to make it bad *** but it won't be used as a dragster (except to smoke those annoying Hondas at stop lights). The stock transmission is currently nice and roached so it will need replaced, especially with the added power. I am not looking to get a racing tranny just something reliable, again this will NOT be used for racing. Just everyday commuting, towing, and 4 wheeling. I'm just wondering if the best thing I can do is just have the old one rebuilt, or replaced with something else. I don't want to do any modifications, just have it bolt straight to the 94 350 block.

I've heard civic engines can last up to 300,000 and that's what I need this one to do. I'm going to religiously keep up maintenance and careful driving skills (rpms and what not)

The car is in good condition. I test drove it and he had it looked at and nothing was wrong with it only needs some preventative maintenance.

Girlfriend bought a brand new Honda accord and paid about $250 for their remote starter. The remote has a button for door open door close trunk release and remote start. We just realized all of them work except the trunk release button. My girlfriend called Honda and they said it will cost $120 to enable it… Rip off or what?

Griding Noise on 2000 Honda Civic?

Every time I turn my steering wheel to the left, it sounds like a grinding noise coming from my driver side wheel, it gets louder at certain speeds, I have already replaced the wheel bearing and it's still doing this, I am going to replace brakes soon as well but any ideas what can cause this

btw the other side may also grind but can't hear it since the driver side one so loud

Honda Civic 2004: What could be the problem?

Okay so I just got a car from a dealership almost a month ago. Everything worked fine except today. I was about to drop off my son to school and when I press my remote to unlock my car nothing seemed to work so I decided to use my key to open doors. I tried to unlock passanger doors from inside but nothing seemed to work as well. So I sat down and start my car but car did not start or crank. No sound at all and brake pedal was tight and hard as well as the steering well so I thought maybe it was locked so I decided to start again and move the steering wheel like youtube says but nothing. The interior lights still works. I finally gave up after 45 minutes. An hour later I decided to try it again and this time the remote control to open doors worked so I got in and start car. This time I heard gentle cracking sound and dashboards was flashing and then the car started. I turned off and start again and it works fine now. Although it seems to be working fine now I still worry coz I got that car "AS IS". What could be the problem? Btw the radio resetted.

Can another size tire fit on my car?

Okay so. I have a cute little honda civic si hatchback. It's lowered about 2in and has 205/50/16's on it currently. Those dang tires are teeny tiny low pros. My buddy has a set of 205/55/16's dirt cheap. Was wondering if I should just stick to the exact same size I have on there right now or can I go up a couple? Also, winter is here and in SWPA we can get a pretty good bit of snow. What do you suggest about that is there a low pro tire that has like winter grip?! Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated! 1998 Honda accord electrical?

So I was messing around with some LEDs that I got. I hooked them up to a switch and I wired one side to the fuse of the cigarette power and the other wire to the ground. It turned on but then turned off. Then a bunch of thing from the car stopped working like the cabin lights and the power locks. I checked the fuses and they are all fine. But they aren't getting any power. What happened and how can I fix it?

How much am I looking at to replace my bumper? (2007 Honda Civic EX)?

Long story short, I was pulling out of a parking spot in a parking lot and a guy driving through the lot hit me enough to where my bumper came off, the foam thingy flew off, and seems the clips are damaged. That seems to be all the damage since his car was lower than mine and my headlights dodged everything. He got the worst of it.

I have insurance, but as the moron I am, have a $1000 deductible. I've always meant to lower it and put it off, and now regret it. I live in a no fault state, but not sure if I will be put at fault anyway since I should yield to the person in the lane, although:

1) A pickup truck was parked 2 feet outside his line forward which made me have to scoot up farther to look for oncoming traffic. 2) The other car could have easily missed me if he was paying attention (which he told me he wasn't) and was on his half of the lane instead of driving down the middle.

So yeah. Looking for some insight on how much this will cost me. Also, should I just toss the bumper he tore off? It's cracked on the side he hit…

2000 v6 honda accord wont shift from park?

Ok every now and then my automatic accord will get stuck in park and i cant shift i have to press down the safety lock button so i can get it in drive. What could the problem be? Okay so I recently purchased a Honda Civic 2000 (1 week ago) has been driving smooth with no problems. I had it checked by my uncle who is a mechanic before I purchased it and he says the car s engine is in perfect condition, and i recently had it serviced at my local mechanic and he told me the engine is good and i had gotten quite a good deal with this car.
But yesterday in the middle of the afternoon when it was really hot i went outside to check something in my car i turned it on and put the air con on High the car was in park then after about 5 minutes the car just turned off. I wasn t too sure why so i let it rest and tried to turn it on again a few hours later and it turned on fine and this morning i had the battery checked by a mechanic and he said it had at least another 2 years worth of juice left.

BTW this is my first car and thats why I have no idea whats going on

How to fix a small frame dent on my own?

I have a Honda Accord I want to fix up. I just want a tight sturdy chassis out of it. I drove the car for many years with the small amount of damage it had and never noticed a thing from the dent in the frame. It was made by a rock hitting the underside of the car, not that bad only a dent less than a 1/4in deep and 1in around. On an alignment rack the car is perfectly straight, is it even a problem? Even for a circuit track car?

My car has power door locks however I don't think '02 Honda Civic LX came with the keyless entry module built in. I want to put in a keyless entry so that I don't have to lock/unlock the doors with the key.

Isn't there something underneath the steering column that I can plug a "keyless receiver to?

Since I have power door locks would I still need to do wiring of some sort?

Just so you know, I am somewhat handy and would want to save money doing it myself.

I took my Honda car to a garage to have the front Shock absorbers replaced. That was two days ago. Today after driving for some times, the check-engine light went on. 93 honda accord cranks but no start?

My 93 accord has fuel, spark and timing all functional. Will crank but will not start. I tested starting spray checked all cables for spark and checked that rotor was spinning but doesn't seem to want to get it going. The past week when the car was still working it would start up but run boggy and jumpy until I applied more rpms. The car would then smooth out and I would drive off. But now nothing but cranks. Rattling noise on my 1999 Honda CRV?

For the past couple of months my car has been making horrible rattling sound. It doesn t happen just when I drive, but as soon as I turn my car on, when I m in park, and then always when I m driving. It s constant. I have a 1999 Honda CRV automatic with 210,000 miles (I know, a lot!). Should I buy a Honda Civic or a Hyundai Elantra?

I have a choice between a 2011 Civic with 30,000 miles for $11100, or a 2012 Hyundai Elentra with 32,000 miles for $11,000.
The Elantra has more toys, such as xm radio a usb port and audio controls on the steering whee, and is still under warranty.
The civic is still a Honda which at this point has a proven track record and to me drives a little better than the Elantra.
To me reliability is the most important, I want a car that if maintained well will last with the least amount of costly repairs. Has anyone had any experience with these cars. Which one will give me what I want. Both seem to be a good price.

2001 Yamaha Road Star 1600 with 169,000 miles?

I found one on craigslist in my area for 1600$. At first I thought it was bogus but then I read more and found out that its high in mileage and the carbs need to be cleaned. Cleaning the carb isn't a huge deal for me. On the flip side to this I grew up with Harleys and Yamaha is literally foreign to me. I have heard many stories of both older Yamahas and Honda Goldwings that are well above 200,000 and still running strong. Ive heard stories of ones over 300,000. But these are all stories. As much as I do in fact love Harley, once you hit around 50,000 its time to redo the top end. How are these bikes in terms of engine reliability? Is this way above the standard mileage without needing to be repaired? Should I buy it for that low of a price. If the engine would need to be rebuilt, what would be the average cost? If I were to buy it and it still ran good and I did a tune up would I still get alot more miles out of it? And roughly any other info someone can give me. Please do not try to sway me towards another bike, If I was interested in one id be asking about it. I am debating on buying this one so I am asking for information on this specific Motorcycle or equivalent Yamaha Motorcycles.
Added (1). The guy says he is the original owner of it. Ill post the ad at the bottom but I dont know how helpful it will be, its in Spanish. My wife read it to me. I was going to drain everything and replace all the fluids and give it a through cleaning before I even try to start it. Like I said the carb needs to be cleaned as well and im gonna do that myself I was gonna check the wires too and replace the spark plugs. Im really worried about engine condition but i cant really check for anything.

Engine starts and stalls after engine has run but sits for 15 minutes?

2000 Honda accord v-6 Heat soak issues. Engine starts and then stalls.Car starts fine when cold. Runs fine unless you let it sit for about 15 minutes then it stalls engine check light comes on. OBDII indicates all cylinder missing code 301 -306. I am told the alcohol in winter blend fuel here in Calif is the problem as it boils and creates a vapor lock in the fuel rail. What is the cure will just replacing the Fuel pressure regulator with a 53 lb unit correct it or must the ECU be replaced also?

Im not sure what dirt bike i should get?!

so here is the thing:

My family are Australian and live in australia, i live in Wales, I go to Australia every year and always get a dirtbike as i do extreme enduro farm riding and motocross. I have just sold my Yamaha ttr 125l but i think it was a little small and i need more power. Ive been looking into the Honda crf 230 and ttr 230, ive riden the honda and it feels great but the think is, its only got an electric start! I really like kickstarts but id like an electric start for backup id im tired or am lost out in the bush! Anyway im 14 and 5ft7. A 250 is the right amount of power for farm riding but too much for enduro so i have to rule a 250 out and also the 125, what are the other options? Any answers extremely appreciated! :)

Honestly, without knowing much about oil, I bought a synthetic blend valvoline and put it on the honda civic like an idiot. Tbh, I have no idea why it has a lot of miles on a year 2000. But can anybody explain if this is a bad thing?

Rear speakers in my '04 Accord stopped working after jump start?

A couple weeks ago my battery died and I got a jump start. Ever since then, my rear speakers stopped working (yes, I checked the Fader). I assumed it was a blown fuse, but after checking the owner's manual, there is no fuse specifically for rear speakers. Anyone know what it could be or how I can fix it?

Additional info: I have a '04 Honda Accord LX with factory speakers. I have an aftermarket stereo unit that is maybe a year old. The stereo and front speakers work fine.

Why is my Honda getting horrible fuel mileage?

My '97 Honda Civic LX has always gotten great fuel economy. But here recently, I've noticed it hasn't been so great. So I decided to drive perfectly normal to test it. After I was completely out of gas, I put in 1.75 gallons of gas. I reset the trip odometer and went 15 miles. After that, I was almost out of gas because it was difficult to start. It has new plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor button and does not hesitate or misfire at all. She runs beautifully but gets such horrible mileage now. Any idea why?

Besides craigslist. I want to know of a place in CT that picks up cars and pays cash. I have a 1990 honda accord 4 doors under 200,000 miles. I have the title the body is in excellent condition the front windshield has a small crack the tires are deflated but in good condition. The inside is all in tact the motor is just missing some pieces and wont start but besides that its a pretty good car… Some places have offered me $200 but I know that its worth more… Any suggestions?

I disconnected the battery, reconnected. Hazards don't work. No matter what I do with the steering wheel turn signal switch, the right signal stays on. No clicking. Somewhat unique problem from an overview of internet forums.
