Honda Civic 2001 Rear Grinding Noise on Brakes?

Whenever I'm stopped and i pump the brake I hear a grinding noise from the rear. Sometimes this also happens when I'm just starting to accelerate.It also seems to apply to the emergency brake. As I take it off I hear the same noise, and even when the car is raised (turned off with emergency brake on) and im jacking it up itll make this same noise
