What scooter is best for commuting in London on daily basis? 125cc vs 300cc?

I like the Honda PCX 125 and also the Honda Forza 300. I do not know which one to buy.

I wonder if 125cc is enough or if I should go for the 300cc.

New or 2nd hand?

I also have seen the Honda Forza 125 and I wonder if it is worth it.

The PCX seems to be very good value for money (maintenance and running costs), however it is small size in comparison with the Forza 300 (obviously at a higher cost).
