Honda twinstar won't start?

So my bike was stolen. Two kids walked about a block away with it and a lady confronted them about it being stolen. Lucky for me. So they dropped it on its side and ran. After I got it back I cannot see any visable damage. What could be the reason it will not start? This bike is old but has never had problems starting.
