Vibration when i accelerate?

I have a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid with 264K Miles on it. When im at a full stop and then press the gas, the car vibrations when i do that and makes a sound like something is hold on the tires, only comes from front tires, what could it be? Im taking it to honda dealership for major tune up, but i want to know whats the problem with it?
