I want to transfer my car title into someone else name and cross states?
Added (1). Alright so I am dumb and cant figure out the best way to do this. I want to transfer my car title I just got for my 2004 Honda Accord. It is a Florida Title and I want to transfer it to my Moms name and in my name aswell.

I would like to make it somewhat easy on my mom is there a Michigan forum i could fill out and send here the title and this forum?

Do I have to go to a DMV or does she? I am confused please help!
Added (2). I am Transferring it from Florida to Michigan, and like it to remain in my name but also add my mothers name to title.

Also if you want to help more what do i do to get plates and tags? Can i just do it online? Im sure i need the Michigan title fist?
Added (3). I need the car in both names so she can insure the car with Michigan insurance. SHE IS FAMILY! Do i really have to pay taxes for that transfer? Or i mean isnt there a break for family?
