What is wrong with my car? Is it the 12 v battery?

I purchased a 2013 Honda CR-Z about 2 weeks ago and is still under warranty. One night I went in my car to turn the ignition on and all of a sudden things lit up and warning me to check my traction control, abs, airbags, my brakes, and others. Then I try to start the car and it would not start up. I tried again a few times and the headlights stopped working. Then the power windows wouldn t work. Then the radio lights were flickering. I was so mad!

i locked the car with the keyless remote and I only heard a poof of air come out instead of a horn for the security.

I called my brother to jump start the car and 20-30 min later when he came, I was gonna show him that it wouldn t start but then suddenly it started like nothing ever happened?!

So is it the 12v battery?

What do I do? I called the sales man the next day who sold it to me and he asked if I can bring it in but the dealership is way too far from me as I shopped for this car online. I call another Honda dealership near me and said it will cost me $120 to get it diagnosed. Do I have to absolutely get pay for this diagnosis? I mean it s just hard for me to pay this when my car is working perfectly fine now. I never had a car under warranty before, what will happen in my situation? Obviously, I am tight on my budget. Please help.
