Getting a refund from a dealership on a cancelled warranty?

I bought a used car from metro Honda and added the extended warranty for $1600. I cancelled it the following day and was told I would receive a refund with in 2-3 billing cycles. It has been 3 months now and haven't seen a credit on my account. I plan to go down tomorrow to inquire about it and express my unhappiness. What can I do to ensure I will receive my refund/credit. I do have a copy of the cancellation form dated and signed.
