How to remove (1996 Honda accord lx 4 door) side door molding?

there seems to be rust around and under my side door molding on my driver side door. I was just wondering how to remove the molding so i can take care of the rust and repaint it before it gets bad. I'm not sure if its just adhesive holding it or some screws. But i don't want to just pry it open and mess it up. Does anyone know how to get the molding off (keeping in mind i'm going to put it back on) so i want it off in one piece unless i absolutely cant then ill just buy new ones or just not have moldings period.
