2005 Honda Civic won't start?

Hey I was wondering if anybody could tell me what's up with my car. I have a 2005 Honda Civic (standard) and just about 2 months ago I was driving and heard a clicking noise and all of a sudden my car lost power and it sounded like something blew. When I try to turn it over now nothing happens at all. All the oil is drained. Someone told me it could be a oil pump then someone else told me it could be a head gasket. Either way I'd like to get it fixed. Any idea on what it might be? Thanks
