Car won t start (new starter)?

Hey guys Im having a problem with me (A/T 1997 HONDA ACCORD 2.2L)

My car wasnt starting and i figured it was the starters fault because when I tapped it the car then started. But up into yesterday it completely died, when i would jump the starter it would just make a click sound so I removed it and replaced it.

Once I put the new starter in, it didnt start -_- so i jumped the starter and it started. Then after it was on I went inside turned it off. Then I turned it on 4 times with the key so I thought it was all good.

I went back inside came back to the car and it wouldnt start again fml…
Everything inside works but the car wont do anything when trying to start it. My guess would be the ignition switch, mainly because I wiggled it a couple times and it turned on for me once, but after that absolutely nothing. Its completely broken.

What do you guys think? Today im going to check if the starter is getting the 12v it needs to start once i get my multi-meter back from my buddy. But what if it does? Lol then what can it be
