My Honda Dealer say they may charge me for 'complications of a warranty'. Can they do this?


My Honda Dealer say they may charge me for 'complications of a warranty'. Can they do this?
Added (1). They are changing the SRS module. They said sometimes that the vehicle could have already had a bad sensor on it and the SRS light will come on when a new SRS unit is installed, and, if parts are needed, is billable. I dont feel that is right, especially when I have not had an SRS light on before. Looking for what rights do I have under the circumstances.
