Should I buy this 2008 Honda Civic LX for $5,299 (price is negotiable and it has 163,000 miles)?

Per the owner, it's been well maintained (I will get an auto shop to inspect it to confirm that). I see a lot of honda civics for sale now, so I do not understand why so many are for sale since they are reliable. Should I buy this vehicle?
