2004 Honda Civic. All gauges not working. Rpm mph etc. Nothing?!

My sister called and her Honda Civic 1.7 started and none of the gauges start up. Nothing works, the whole interment cluster has nothing.
What can I check? Fuses, relay somewhere? The cluster itself is bad? Disconnect battery for a little to maybe reset it? Any ideas?

I know nobody will know for sure but if anyone has had this problem or heard a fix for it that'd be a great help.
