Squealing/chirping noise on 1999 honda civic dx hatchback?

i have a 99 honda civic with a d16y7 motor. There is a squealing/chirping noise in my car but everytime i press the clutch all the way down or drive it the noise is gone but if im at a red light or a stop and let it idle it just squeals and chirps really loud and its getting annoying. I recently changed all the belts but noise is still there and it sounds like its coming from where my transmission is
