Cant find yellow/red 12 v switched wire in 1994 honda accord. Radio installation?

Why do I not see a yellow and red wire in 1994 honda accord ex. I am installing a radio, connected all the wires and am left with my 12 v switched. On my factory wires i have a white/red wire, a red/black wire, and a yellow/white wire. Non seems to work
