My a/c won't change from regular vents to floor vents?

Basically, the blower is stuck on regular vents. I can change the temp, but that's about it. When I press the floor vent or defrost buttons, nothing changes. I have a 2006 4cy Honda Accord for the record. I'll take any help I can get. Thanks!
