Leaking motorcycle carb. 1988 honda hurricane 1000F?

the T- fitting going into the carb is leaking.
i put carbs in and gas was leaking so i pulled the carb. And put some gas in the line and blew air into it and where the T-fitting goes in to the 2nd carb gas was squirting out
can this be fixed?
is there a gasket in there?
what would cause this?
i cleaned them all out last fall and thought they where done till i put them in and
O CRAP! Back to square 1 again
no carbs for bike yet… Very frustrating
