Cleaned carb - now it won't run?

1982 Honda Nighthawk 450
Cleaned the carb
Reassembled correctly
There's fuel in carbs
Air/fuel screw is turned the recommended 2 1/2 turns out
Turns over, but won't start
Any ideas?
