Dual Sport bike for short girl?

So I am looking into getting my first street legal bike and am wondering what to get. I am 5'3" and about 150lbs. I ride off road with a Honda CRF 150F, but it's my baby bike (it was given to me, so I don't complain) I had surgery last year, and haven't ridden since then due to it, so a nice transition bike would be nice, but as long as it's not too heavy, and I can at least put my toes on the ground I will be happy. I like Honda (mostly because that's what I know) but if its a good bike, for a decent price I won't complain. The chances of it going off road are slim, I'm going to keep my 150 for trail rides, this will be my commuter to and from work, and school.
