Buy a car before moving out of state or pocket the money and wait?
Added (1). I recently was in a car accident 3 days ago, my 2002 honda civic EX 117k miles with a salvage/rebuilt title was T-boned when I had a left turn on a green arrow. The woman ran the red light and hit me. I'm moving in October out of state and wasn't anticipating my car getting totaled. Should I pocket the insurance money and wait? Buy a car here then license it in the different state? Or buy the car here, license it here and move?

Moving from Omaha NE to Tampa FL. Not sure what my best option is
