So i bought a used car from the dealer 2008 honda civic si, did i pay to much?

I paid 16k and opted for 220 a month payments.
the car has 35000 miles on it. Its standard, with navigational system,sunroof, power window. Im asking becaue i have people telling me its worth way less. Nada blue book seems to think so but kelly blue book says 16,700 the high mark.
