Car wheel is locked by the security system?

I have a 2012 Honda Civil. Today somehow the car got blocked by the security, I cant turn on the engine at all. The keys work normally, I can lock the door but just cant turn on the engine. Btw, the driver window cant roll up down either (the other 3 work fine)
