1997 Honda accord ex alarm wont turn off?

As soon as I unlocked the door with the the ignition key, the alarm went off so I had to disconnect the battery to make it stop. Now I can't start the car because the alarm will not stop. Is there any way that I can fix the problem so that I can start my car?
