I live in okinawa and next year ill be going back to the united states for college and I'm thinking about sending over my honda ruckus with me. I can't bring my self to selling it though because I've put so much work onto it. I dont even know the moped/scooter laws in Oklahoma but i refuse to sell this scooter.
My thing is how safe would it be riding a moped? In okinawa its a common thing to ride around but I dont think anybody rides them in the US, my scooter isn't slow its 125cc and can hit about 60mph on a flat road. I know i probably sound weird but i probably won't be getting a car so this is all i have… Just to get me through college at least. How do you think i will be, will it be safe.
