Inexpensive Auto Insurance NJ?

I'm looking for car insurance that is cheaper for a 95 Honda. I currently use metromioe which costs me the most 90$ a month but they only cover 96 and up so I need a change. I've had Allstate and progressive and they were very expensive. But that is also due to the fact of my driving history. Although the accident was deemed not my fault I know it does still raise my rate. Any suggestions? Thanks.
