Any problems I should look for in a high mileage 2002 Honda CR-V EX?

I m looking to buy one which has 240,000 miles from a used car dealer. He said he replaced the timing belt, and that it s been well-maintained. I ve read that the A/C compressor fails hard, and that I should see if it s been recently changed. Other than seeing if it has a detailed service record and seeing if it s had strictly Honda fluids, is there anything else I should look for? He s asking for $3.5k, which is $300 under kbb price. Is it worth pursuing, even at 240,000 miles, or am I likely looking at a lemon?
