I ve been in the market for a motorcycle or scooter to make it all around the United States. I was looking for a dual clutch transmission for when I was commuting around a city and didn t have to switch gears all day long. But then when I visited my local Honda store they showed me a 2011 Burgman 650 Executive they had in stock. It was a trade in and has 25,000 miles on it. It s top speed is 130 MPR and they gave me a price if $4000 before dealer fees and such. I was looking at the dual clutch transmission versions of NC700X and the CTX700. Since I ll be taking the bike touring and cruising I needed slot of space. Mainly for my tech like laptop and chargers and duffle bag and so on. So the scooter is very appealing with the storage available. But it s a scooter. I didn t go into this looking for a scooter. But logically it s a good choice for me. I ll be keeping this bike for five plus years. So which should I get? Have you owned one? How do you feel about scooters?
