I have a 2002 Honda Civic and I noticed that there is power steering fluid leaking at the base of the steering column. I cant find anything about it online and don't want to take it to a mechanic if its something that I can figure out. Could this be the rack and pinion? Or is it just something simple? Anybody dealt with this issue before? THANKS!
