2000 Honda Civic LX Check Engine Light with error P1456. There is a problem with the EVAP system. When I untwist the gas gap, there seems to be a hissing sound which signals that there is some sort of gas or emission coming back into the gas tank. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong and how to confirm, and estimates on the solution. Thank you.
