What size fuse should i use for the big 3 upgrade?

im doing the big 3 upgrade on a 03 honda civic lx and i have 100 amp fuse for the big 3 that is being used with 0 guage wire and i have 100 amp fuse for the amp thats being used with 4 guage wire. I have a gut feeling that i need a bigger fuse for the big 3 but at the same time how much amps does the honda stock alternator produce?
