My kicker on my honda z50 feels stuck, it won t kick over? What s wrong,?

Its been sitting for 4 moths, I brong it out in the cold, started it,let it run for10-25 mins, I took of to the nearest gas station, got some air in my tire, on the way it was cold an I did not have gloves on,so I stopped in a parking lot,turned it of,warmed my hands up, when I went to kick it on to go home, I won t kick, the kicker whont go down at all, Help ME Please?!
