Does the key Fob trick to lower car windows still work with an after market alarm installed?

I've read about the "key trick" to lower all car windows simultaneously using the key remote for some cars. I have a 2007 honda accord, with an after market alarm installed. (2 way Viper alarm) not remote start. Does anyone know if feature would still work?
