Recently I bought Honda Odyssey 2007 with DVD player?

How to connect mobile device with car audio system. I mean I want to play music on phone but you can hear car speakers. I could not find any aux port where you can plug in. Only I see there are two port Yellow and red all the way back seat driver side. It seems you can connect head phones. Any ideas? Don t tell me you need to install.
