2007 honda civic hybrids shakes?

I have a 2007 honda civic hybrid and in the morning when i first take out the car for work, the car shakes while entering the highway stays jerking until about 4-5 miles until the car warms up then it leaves and doesnt shake again for the rest of the day. Only happens in mornings, i have new transmission, new IMA battery and Shocks all done at honda. I read online and somone said maybe bad spark plugs or something? My mechanic said computer scanner said bad crankshaft sensor. But we will try first repairing the spark plugs. Do anyone know if the spark plugs will do it?
