2002 Honda accord evap leak code. P1456?

Now I have this code and after 30 mins of driving or so sometimes I get a smell of gas towards the back of the car. Idk if it s the canister or the purge valve solenoid or purge valve shut off or the charcoal canister. The gas cap is fine and my car idles kind of rough idk if that has anything to do with it but any help would be awesome ty and everything looks OK except there s some rusr on the shut off valve
