What size is the steering wheel in a 2015 Honda Civic LX?

I got a steering wheel cover for Christmas and there was no size anywhere on the packaging. When I put it on, it was hanging off my steering wheel. I want to order one off of etsy, but I can't find the size of the steering wheel anywhere in the owners manual and when I called the dealer, they didnt even know nor did they know how to measure the wheel properly to find out.
