How to get stock navigation on 2007 honda accord?

So 1 mile away from where I live, they got this 07 accord with the EX-L package. The only thing missing is the nav system. Would I be able to buy a stock navigation system through ebay to get it installed? Can I do that? How much do you think it costs to install it? I don't want the aftermarket navigation since it's too slow. I really don't get why honda never makes enough navi models. Any advice?
