1997 Honda Accord fuse box, no 12V slot but I need one for LED lights I just bought?

I just bought these interior LED lights and it says in the instructions only to use with a 12V slot, which my 1997 honda accord doesn't have. Is there anything else I can do to work around this? Thanks.
