Brand new Honda Pilot 2015 has alignment problems?
Hi, I leased a 2015 Honda Pilot about a month and a half ago. I've had to take it back to the dealership twice already because of the steering wheel not being straight/ centered when driving on leveled roads. I totally understand the effects of road crown. However, the steering wheel should be in center position when driving on highways, correct? The first time I took the car back to dealership (@ 107 miles odometer reading), the dealership told me that the car came from the factory with the issue but they would take care of it and made some toe settings and sent me on my way. As I drove on the highway, I noticed instead of having to hold the steering wheel to the right in order to go straight, now I had to hold it to the left. I took the car back again. The mechanic from the dealership admitted the alighnment was off again and he made some more adjustments. I drove the car back and now the problem is where it was initially. I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the right on straight roads. I got so frustrated and called Honda corporate office and complained. They just told me to go back to the dealership. I wanted to know why a brand new f&$?in car was delivered with a problem such as mine? Any suggestions please?
