Is My honda Activa Engine or Pistons still works?

I have Activa… Yesterday i driven back to home suddenly my activa engine stops with a scratching sound which come inside the engine(Friction sound)… And self & kick also jammed… After sometimes Kick free then i checked there is no Engine oil in it… I want to know is my activa engine & Piston gone or still good working if i fill with engine oil… Please Help me
