When buying a car as a new driver, I am well aware that it's in my best interest to buy a used car but I do not know much about cars. I was looking at Honda Accord 1995 to 1999 but what I am confused about is the mileage what the ideal mileage for a used car to have to be a good purchased, an explain to me what the mileage has to do with the car performance?
