Car tire sidewall damage?

Car tire sidewall damage? - 1
Added (1). I hit a curb today and the sidewall of my tires are damaged from it.

Added (3). is it safe to drive with these tires? My brother in law worked at honda and said it would be fine as long as air is not leaking but I just wanted to make sure.

I think my car's energy or electricity level may be low?

Problems have been occurring in my car, it's not recently. My car was a handi down and has about 80,000 miles on it. I drive a Honda 98 accord and the power seems low for some reason. For example, when I lower or raise a window in my car; my AC power reduces a bit and I think that the electricity shifts to the windows so it can work better. Another one, my windows down quite slowly. A few months ago, the battery or starter wasn't working occasionally but as of now, I think it's repaired temporarily; maybe this information could help.
Sorry, I don't really know much about cars but it's a problem I want to fix.

Should I buy a new battery/ starter or should I replace fuses or wires somewhere?

4 stroke 50cc scooter makes loud buzzing noise at 55 KPH and won't go over 60KPH?

I have a fairly new 4 stroke 50cc Honda scooter. I recently put in a new CDI hoping to increase performance. It helped a little bit, but when I go over 55 KPH I start to hear a high pitched buzzing sound and the bike won't go past 60. Even on a flat surface.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Does my bike have some kind of limiter? Is it the pulley or muffler? Or is 60 kph the fastest my bike will go?

Added (1). The drive belt snapped and pieces broke off upon removal and all of the numbers are worn off. I cannot seem to find anywhere the drive belt size I need. Thanks!

My bike keeps bogging down at full throttle?

2004 Honda cbr 600rr 41k miles. I was on the highway after work and there were no car so I decided to hit top speed 155. Full throttle it got up to 120 and felt like it was bogging down. When i rolled off the throttle a little it started pulling and got up to 130 then i gave it full throttle again and it started bogging down and losing speed. Its an older bike and i dont really have the money to take it to the shop. Any ideas?

1997 Honda Accord won't shift out first gear, new TPS just installed, idle very low upon start up?

I really really need help on my car. I am running out of options, and I have tried everything with my knowledge and research on forums/youtube.

My car recently got new transmission fluid with a full flush because I had thought it would fix my idle jumping issue. Sadly, it didn't so I concluded that I had a bad tps/IAC valve. I replaced them both, but now my car does not shift gears and idles very low and slowly climbs.

What could be the issue? I have cleaned out the throttle body as well as the FICV.

Please advise. =/

Also, my car can't be taken out of park without me plugging in the the release hole.
Added (1). Update: I meant my car idles very low and slowly climbs upon start up.

What is the best clutch kit to buy for my 1999 Honda cbr600 f4?

I need to replace the clutch on my CBR 600f4_ and not sure which kit to order and this is the 1st time rebuilding clutch does anyone have any web pages that might have useful tips or diagrams?
