I gross 50k a year, would it be wise to buy a 16k Honda Accord, if I put 4K down?

I currently drive a 2005 Chrystler Town and Country. Isn t in good condition & it has 200,000 miles on it. I am looking to buy a car, and I m wondering if it would be a wise decision to buy a 2013 Honda Accord for 16k. I would put 4K down on it. I currently have 8k in student loan debt.
