Im 18. Make 1200-1600 a month depeneding if i work alot of overtime or not

The only bills I Have is my car insurance which is $290 a month because i have 2 speeding tickets and its on a 2006 honda civic coupe ex which i will sell as soon as i get the mustang. And my phone and gym bill which is less than $100
Added (2). I dont really wanna pay more than 450 a month would that be possible
