How to connect my phone to my car?

My mom just bought a used mini van ( Honda) I don't know what year. It has a screen where you can control the ac and some other stuff but the radio it's below. It doesn't have a place to put the aux chord or to put a tape, only CDs can be put. I really don't like to drive without music and I hate listening to radio stations. Help
