1994 Honda Civic popping?

I have a 1994 Honda Civic Del Sol. Currently I am having an issue with it sort of "popping" whether I am in idle or driving. It does it at random. I have tested and it does this in P,D, and N. When it happens, the car physically lurches just a tiny bit. Its only like a half a second or less. It worries me though as I like to be pro active about my cars. I have so far replaced the spark plugs, changed the air filter, and replaced the distributor cap and rotor. Any idea what could be going on? Yes, the CEL is on, but I don t have a way to test this old of a car. Thanks so much in advance!
