What's the name of this part on my 95 Honda accord?

It's located on the bottom right next to the engine and belts. All I know is it has to do with the brake fluid, I could be wrong though. It's compromised so I'm trying to replace it, just dont know what its called or how much it costs. Would it be a problem if I let the car run with an open hole?
